Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to evaluating or using our services. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, collect data from it by automated means at a scale that degrades it for others, copy it to build a competing service, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Informational content

Everything published here is general information about bookkeeping and accounting support. It is not tax, legal, investment, audit, or financial-planning advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. See our Disclaimer for the full scope statement.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, logo, wordmark, and other original material on this site belong to Watson Me Accounting LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share pages for your own reference, but you may not republish, resell, or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Service information

Service descriptions state what is generally included in an engagement of that type. The exact scope, deliverables, and schedule for your business are set out in a written quote and engagement letter. Submitting a form or calling us does not by itself create a service relationship; that begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter.

Advertised pricing

Prices shown on this site are advertised starting points, not offers or binding quotes. Actual fees depend on transaction volume, number of accounts, complexity, the condition of existing records, reporting frequency, and overall scope. A binding price exists only in a written quote issued to you. We may change advertised prices at any time; a quote already issued to you is honored on its stated terms.

Fees, payment, and NO REFUND POLICY

Fees are set out in a written quote or engagement letter before work begins. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

NO REFUND POLICY: Because bookkeeping is performed work delivered continuously, all fees paid for services already performed are nonrefundable. This includes monthly bookkeeping that has been carried out, cleanup and catch-up work in progress or completed, and project engagements once work has started.

If you believe a charge was made in error — for example a duplicate payment or a billed month in which no work was performed — contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith and correct genuine billing errors. Monthly engagements can be ended with thirty days' notice, and no further months are billed after the engagement ends.

Your responsibilities as a client

  • Provide complete and accurate records, statements, and access.
  • Review the reports we deliver and tell us promptly about anything that looks wrong.
  • Maintain your own copies of source documents.
  • Use a licensed professional for tax, legal, audit, and investment matters.

Liability arising from services we actually perform is addressed in the engagement letter for that work.
