Advertised prices are real starting points. Your written quote reflects the actual shape of your books, and it never changes mid-engagement.
Transaction volume
More monthly transactions take more time to categorize and reconcile.
Account count
Each bank, card, loan, or processor account adds reconciliation work.
Complexity
Multiple entities, locations, classes, or currencies raise the scope.
Record condition
Well-kept records cost less to maintain than records that need repair.
Reporting frequency
Weekly or custom reporting is priced above the standard monthly pack.
Engagement scope
Adding payables, receivables, or payroll recording widens the monthly fee.
Payment methods
We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Checks, and Cash. Monthly engagements are invoiced on a predictable schedule; project work is billed as set out in your written quote.
Our refund policy
Because bookkeeping work is performed and delivered continuously, fees for work already completed are not refundable. Monthly engagements can be ended with thirty days notice, and no further months are billed after an engagement ends. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it promptly. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
