The contact form on this site is a demonstration

This is important, so we state it first. The inquiry form on our Contact page is a front-end demonstration. When you press Send, your entries are checked in your browser for obvious mistakes and a confirmation message appears — but nothing is transmitted to us, emailed, saved to a database, logged, or shared with any third party. The information exists only in your browser tab and disappears when you close or reload the page.

Because of that, submitting the form does not reach us and does not create any record on our side. To actually contact us, call 701 518-4751 or email watson@watsonmeaccounting.com.

Information we collect through this website

• Form entries: none are received or stored, as described above.
• Cookie preferences: your Accept, Decline, or custom choice is stored in your own browser's local storage on your device. We cannot read it remotely.
• Standard server request information handled by our hosting provider, such as the page requested, approximate time, and browser type, used to deliver and secure the site.

Information you send us directly

If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, business type, software used, transaction volume, and how far behind your records are. We use it to answer your question, scope a quote, and deliver services if you become a client.

We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies, analytics, and performance measurement

Essential cookies and local storage keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. No analytics, advertising, or performance measurement tool is connected to this website at this time, so no visitor tracking is taking place.

The Analytics and Performance categories in our cookie preferences are switched off by default and exist so that, if such a tool is ever added, it can be loaded only for visitors who have already agreed to it. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Client records

Financial records shared during an engagement are held in access-controlled systems, retained for the period set out in our engagement letter and by applicable recordkeeping rules, and returned or deleted on request once that period ends. Access is limited to those who need it to perform the work.

Third-party services

This site is delivered by a hosting provider and loads a web font from a third-party font service, which necessarily receives your browser's request in order to serve those files. We do not control those providers' own practices.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
